Settlement Administration


Task List:

First, task list related to the faculty and teaching assistants:

1- Preparing records of longevity in office for the faculty and teaching assistants and the personnel in the different faculties of the University in Qena, Luxor and Hurghada.

2- Notation of the promotion’s decisions and granting of the scientific titles.

3- Preparing the required data for the budget project of the faculty jobs.

4- Making a list of vacancies and nominating the proper faculty and teaching assistants for them.

5- Bookkeeping the jobs’ budget and regularly complying it with the University’s budget administration.

6- Accomplishing the procedures of granting the regularly increments for the faculty and the teaching assistants at the beginning of the fiscal year.

Second, task list related to the personnel:

1- Preparing the needed data for the budget project of the general cadre jobs and making the appropriate procedures to apply this budget after its approval.

2- Preparing and reviewing the secret annual reports as well as making the appropriate procedures to propose it for the personnel affairs committee.

3- Participating in the works of the grievance committee concerning the adequacy reports.

4- Accomplishing the procedures of granting the regularly increments for the University personnel at the beginning of the fiscal year

5- Granting incentive allowances annually for the eligible personnel according to the approved rules by the Rector.

6- Preparing records of longevity in office for all the University’s employees in Qena, Luxor and Hurghada.

7- Receiving, reviewing and displaying the topics that should be presented to the personnel affairs committee and categorizing their related resolutions.

8- Adding the period of the scientific and practical experiences to the in-service duration.

9- Adding the periods of the military service as well as the public service for the employees in the University.

10- Conducting a settlement for those employees who have gained higher degrees according to the article 25 (repeated).

11- Conducting the procedures of granting the distinguished performance incentives for having the MA.(s) and the PH.D(s) after displaying the cases to the personnel affairs committee.

12- Addressing the Central Agency for Organization and Administration as well as the Ministry of Finance in order to finance the different ranks of jobs.

13- Conducting all the procedures of promoting the personnel of the University in Qena, Luxor and Hurghada.
