Files Management


Duties carried out by the Management:

1. Updating and maintaining the service file which consists of:

Administrative file with job requirements – pensions file – financial disclosure file- vacations file – the internal decisions file of the university concerning the transfer affairs inside and outside the university.

2. The financial disclosure files and records which subject to the periodic examination of the Ministry of Justice.

3- Saving recruitment records for all university employees and checking them from Qena recruitment area.

4. Saving the age records for all employees, either public or private cadres.

5- Saving service files for all separations.

6- Extracting certificates of experience and statement of case for all employees at the university.
