Decree No. 216 of 1995 has promulgated by the Central Management & Administration Authority concerning the approval of the functions arrangement project of South Valley University – Qena. Subsequently, Decree No. 97 of 17 March 1996 was issued by the President of the University on the Specialization of Departments in the organizational building of South Valley University-Qena.
