The activities of the third day of the first cultural week at South Valley University

Today, the University of South Valley presented the activities of the third day of the first cultural week under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawi, President of the University, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassari, Vice President for Community Affairs for Environmental Affairs, and a group of faculty deans and agents.

Where Dr. Mamdouh Abdel-Rahman Abdel-Rahim, Professor at the Faculty of Arts, gave a lecture entitled “The strength of the Egyptian personality, from the Pharaonic era to the Islamic era, and how the Egyptian-Indian civilization was prosperous for many centuries.”

Dr. Essam Heshmat Muhammad, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Archeology, gave a second lecture entitled “Architectural projects between past and present and their role in Egyptian civilization” in which he talked about the most important architectural projects in Egyptian civilization, namely the pyramid of Khufu in the Pharaonic era, which is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World, a mosque and a school of Sultan Hassan In the Islamic era, he explained its originality in the art of the Islamic architectural heritage, and he also presented some documentary films for development projects in Egypt and the New Administrative Capital.

At the end of the symposium, an open dialogue took place between the students and the lecturers of the third day of the cultural week activities.
