Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of South Valley University, signed a protocol of cooperation with Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khairy, President of the Egyptian University for e-learning. The aim of the protocol is to grant bachelor’s and diploma degrees in addition to the master’s and PHD degrees in different academic disciplines which are available in Both of them.
