Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, General Amr Hanafy, Governor of the Red Sea, Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, and Prof. Dr. Badawy Shahat, Vice President of the university for Education and Student Affairs, and the participation of Upper Egypt Universities, the Egyptian Youth Parliament, and the National Program(TSADO MAA`NA), the president of the university inaugurated the third educational course on raising national awareness and confronting rumors organized by South Valley University from 19 to 22 November, In the presence of Prof. Dr. Ayman Othman, President of Aswan University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hussein, President of Luxor University, and Prof. Dr. Mahfouz Abdel Sattar, Vice President for Hurghada Branch Affairs.

This Educational Course aims to raise national awareness of Upper Egypt Universities Youth, confront rumors, form thought, and enlighten the opinion of the university students, therefor the university hosts experts specialized in national security and address rumors to educate Universities Youth.
