In light of the Faculty’s continuous keenness to cooperate with all bodies and institutions to serve the educational process, the Faculty received a delegation of outstanding students from STEM school and held an Educational Lecture entitled Internet of Things(IoT) it explained how it works and is programmed in a simplified way with many areas such as the use of the Internet of Things with climate changes, temperatures, wind movement, soil fertility, and medical fields.
The term IoT, or Internet of Things, refers to a set of connected devices and technologies that facilitate communication between devices, thanks to the advent of affordable computer chips and high-bandwidth connections, we now have billions of devices connected to the Internet.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Nahla Fathy, Assistant Professor of the Faculty, and Dr. Sameh Mohamed, Assistant Professor of the Faculty, and participated from the assisting body, Eng. Iman, Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty.
