According to the instruction of the H.E. Deputy Minister of Finance for the General Treasury on the issuing electronic payment orders to any suppliers or providers of services from companies and others only through the electronic invoice system, as well as the dues of the faculty members, their assistants, and the contractors of the faculty treatment fund can be paid only through the electronic invoices.
