president of South Valley University Prof. Dr. Youssef Ahmed Gharbawi disclosed his pleasure with announced he has approved the establishment of the Huawei Academy at the University’s Career Development Center, where the Academy aims to develop youth skills, by involving them in international competitions, share technological knowledge, introduce training for the university students and graduates by international experts from Huawei Company and grant them authorized certificates approved by Huawei to fit the labor market.
Dr. Mohammed Omran the Director of the university`s Career Development Center (CDC) confirmed that establishing the Huawei Academy will increase the competitive opportunities within the university campus, especially after the establishment of a branch of the information technology`s institute at South Vally University, which provides more opportunities for the university students and graduates to choose their career paths, as the Academy provides opportunities for summer training and link graduates with the companies of information and communication technology to qualify them for the labor market.
According to Dr. Omran, the Academy aims to extend the culture of Freelancing, where our government aspires to create good job opportunities and reduce unemployment among youth.
