Administration tasks:

-receives the new students and finishes all business related to their enrollment.

-guides the students who desire in transferring to and from the college.

-prepares medical examination forms for the new students.

-prepares lists of the academic groups and makes magnetic cards for students.

-prepares enrollment records of the students.

-prepares military drafts and academic postponements records.

-writes down the seating numbers and distributes the students in various types of the college.

-reviews the results of the first semester.

-counts every committee and enrolls numbers, names and seating numbers of the absent students.

-reviews the results of the second semester.
