-Works on improving operation and maintenance such as safety, security, cleanliness and preserving devices and equipment of the university such as electricity, air-conditioning, modern and old furniture.

-Seeks to promote the services which are offered during implementing  activities of the faculty such as reception, farewell, accompaniment and receiving mail.

Keeps the faculties through periodic and urgent maintenance.
