The documents required for registration at the Faculty of Computers and Information in Qena for new students for the year 2020/2021

  1. Secondary school certificate (original) + a copy of it.
  2. Birth certificate, national number, original with triple number + 2 photos
  3. The ID card, a national number (for review) + 2 copies of it.
  4. The nomination card + 2 copies of it.
  5. 8 recent personal photos.
  6. A receipt for payment of the prescribed expenses
  7. Enrollment request from the College Student Affairs Office.
  8. A medical examination request from the College Student Affairs Office (note that the medical examination is at the University’s headquarters in Qena – Saturday corresponding 26-9-2020).
  9. Douset plastic + portfolio for papers.
