In education, the university range is considered a great student’s collection, as it contains many different, age classes of the university college’s students and from different regions as the student gets many social skills, changing ideas and social customs and communication with different cultures during the period of the university education
Information technology inside the university faces a great development through the last period, that is shown by innovating many services, technological activities inside the university, also centers and projects involve with different activities of information and communication technology as administrative information system center, electronic gate and training on technology and electronic education … etc . That is under the plan of the high education ministry to raise the efficiency of Information technology sections inside the Egyptian university these projects and centers aims at development of the presented services for the students and the teaching staff members at the university in different fields.
So the ideal of the project was finding student’s union aims to publishing the perception and increasing the knowledge with information technology and communications through courses, workshops and many marketing and publicity activities which increase the student’s knowledge and consciousness about the information technology , , computer’s apply practices, safe and correct use to the Internet, to present the ministry efforts in the field of developing the information technology and systems in the high education and introduce the axis of developing technology to the student inside the university by the involved centers and projects.
. Also, to increase their “grasp” about the electronic services, its importance and aware them with the university decisions and trends about the Information Technology like the decision of the student to get ICDEL as a university requirements to have the scientific degree (Bachelor – License).
