Under the patronage of H. E. Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the SVU, and the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ahmad Kamal Nasari, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled bin Alwaleed, Dean Faculty of Science.
The Faculty of Science intends to participate in the activities and events of the Environmental Week to be held from 11-16 March 2023 by holding several awareness seminars in various fields serving the surrounding community of the University as follows:
1-Symposium on the environment between reality and hope.
2-Symposium on Climate Variables, Challenges, and Future Vision.
3-Symposium on Women and the Green Economy
4-Symposium on Bioenergy and Biomass Benefits.
5-Symposium on carbon footprint.
6-Seminar on Biohazard Management in Research Laboratories.
7-Seminar on the Management of Academic Pressures in University Students.
8- Symposium on occupational safety and health.
The Faculty also participates in blood donation campaigns, sports marathons, campaigns, as well as trips and visits under the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector Plan.
