Education and Student Affairs

Education and Student Affairs concerned the following tasks: –

  • Participating in policy-making of study and exams, education and students.
  • Following up the implementation of decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities, the University Council and the Board of Education and Student Affairs.
  • Participating in deciding the beginning and end of the academic year and summer vacation according to the decisions of the University Council.
  • Preparing statistics and data required to extract the information and prepare annual and periodic reports.
  • Preparing teaching tables and determines their official hours.
  • Welcoming new students and assigning them on various programs in accordance with the standards approved by the Faculty Board.
  • Preparing a private file for each student.
  • Entering students’ data on the university database.
  • Preparing lists of students and sending them to the various scientific departments.
  • Participating in summer trainings.
  • Preparing the necessary IDs.
  • Editing medical examination forms for new students and preparing health insurance cards.
