Continue activities of the UNIDO training workshop about Food Health and Safety of the University’s Risk Analysis & Critical Control Points System program for the 4th day, organized by the faculty and university leadership development center, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, president of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal NAssary, Vice -president of Community Services and Environmental Affairs, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center, under the supervision of the UNIDO Comprehensive Green Growth Project in Egypt (IGGE) funded by the Swiss Embassy.

Dr. Hadia Dendrawy, Director of the Center, noted that the activities of 4th day of the program addressed the different risks associated with each step of production, risk analysis, standard considerations used in risk control, as well as the different types of biological hazards such as bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses, parasites, chemical risks of pesticides, fertilizers, growth organizations, additives such as vitamins, minerals, preservatives, disinfectants, PH and salt organizations, and also included physical threats and how to detect them.
