-Prepares lists of the academic groups and makes magnetic cards for students.

-Prepares enrollment records of the students.

-Prepares military drafts and academic postponement records.

-Writes down the seating numbers and distributes the students in various types of the college.

-Reviews the results of the first semester.

-Counts every committee and enrols numbers, names, and seating numbers of the absent students. 

-Reviews the results of the second semester.
