1-Overall aims of course:

 

     The course is designed to introduce students to identify the basic

managerial skills and understanding and how to communicate effectively

with organizational members, and apply decision making, care delivery

system.

a. 1- Identify the basic managerial skills and understanding how they can be developed.

a.2- Develop the critical thinking to become a more creative problem solver.
