Article 8: Evaluation and Examination System:

Students are allowed to enter the examinations under the following condition:-

1) The attendance rate in the nursing sciences is not less than (75%) in the theoretical, practical and clinical lessons.

2) A decision of the College Council shall be issued at the request of the Department Council to deprive the student from taking the exam if the attendance rate is not met.

3) If the student does not achieve 60% of the total practical grades, the work of the year during the academic year in one of the nursing sciences is prohibited from entering the exam in this article and is considered a recompense.

4 ) An exam is held at the end of each semester, in January for the first semester, and in May for the second semester.

5 ) Examinations include (exams for the first semester and exams for the second semester), as well as for the second round exam for the fourth division only, with no more than two articles of retardation, and in case of failure in more than two subjects.

6 )If the student succeeds in the practical exam and the work of the year and the theoretical exam at the end of the semester, he is allowed to enter the second stage exam while retaining the practical exam and the year. However, if he fails in the second round, the academic year will be repeated in theoretical and practical courses. this Materials.

7) Students shall take the examinations at the end of the semester in which the course is being studied. The transfer to the higher class shall be a maximum of two articles of default (from the total of the subjects of the two semesters) provided that it is successful in all nursing subjects. Students who fail or transfer material from the undergraduates will take the exam in the following year at the end of the first semester of the subjects taught in the first semester, And at the end of the second
semester of the subjects taught in the second semester.

8 )Students who failed or transferred with material from undergraduates will take the exam in the following year at the end of the first semester of the subjects taught in the first semester and at the end of the second semester of the subjects taught in the second semester.

9) If the student is absent in the written examination, he is not awarded grades and is considered a teacher.

10) If the student obtains less than (30%) in the written examination of any course of study, he shall be considered a rapporteur in this course and no grades shall be awarded to him.

Article (9)

The success rate is calculated as follows :

The success of students in nursing, medical, behavioral, auxiliary sciences and general assessment courses is estimated by taking the following estimates:

Excellent: 85% or more of total grades

Very good: From 75% to less than 85% of the total grades

Good: From 65% to less than 75% of all grades

Acceptable: From 60% to less than 65% of all grades

The failure of students in one of the courses is estimated by one of the following estimations:-

Poor: From 30% to less than 60% of the total score

Very poor: less than 30% of all grades

Article (10):

The general grade of the student in the bachelor’s degree is calculated on

the basis of the total (cumulative) total of the grades obtained in all the

academic years. Students are also ranked according to this total.

Article (11):

The student is granted the rank of honor if his general ranking in the

examination of any one of the academic teams is not very good, and the

student is required to have the rank of honor not to have failed in any

exam given to him in any discipline.

Article (12):

The provisions of the Law of Organizing Universities and its Executive

Regulations shall apply, unless any provision is made in these regulations.

Article (13):

The University Council has the right to add, delete or amend these

regulations based on the proposal of the College Council after taking the

opinion of the Scientific Department Council to develop the educational

process.

General and Transitional Provisions:-

The provisions of these Regulations shall apply to the bachelor’s degree at

the beginning of the academic year, which shall be adopted after the

issuance of the Ministerial Resolution. The application shall be applied

upward from the first and the second in the following year.

The remaining rules will continue to apply to the remaining students and

the students enrolled in the higher level.

Article (14):

The implementation of the provisions of the regulation with regard to the controls of attendance and absence of students:-

The Rules of Procedure provide that

– The student’s entrance to the final exam must be met with a minimum attendance ratio of 75%. The College Council shall, at the request of the Council of the relevant scientific department, issue a decision to deprive the student from taking the exam in courses in which the student did not meet attendance.

-The student shall be considered as a student in the courses that he is prohibited from applying for the examinations, unless the student presents an excuse acceptable to the college council.

– The absence of the student is sent monthly to the Department of Education and students by each department of scientific departments of the College.

– A warning is given to the student in writing when 15% of the absence exceeds a registered letter with the arrival flag addressed to his family (first warning) through the Department of Education and Student Affairs.

– After a week, a second warning will be sent if the student continues to repeat the absence.

-If the student goes on the absence of the third warning and the last “in the case of the violation of 25% of the total number of hours of the course” The student presents the position of the Council of the relevant section, and then the College Council to take a decision to deny entry to the exam.

-The student shall be notified of the decision to deprive the exam from taking the exam in writing not less than one week before the exam.

-The student is not allowed to enter the exam if submitted with a compulsive excuse accepted by the department council, and the college to be supported by the documents and allow him to take the exam on time with the retention of appreciation.

-The student is denied entry to the written examination in the nursing courses unless the minimum level of success in the clinical training is completed (60% of the total clinical training.

Steps to adopt the acceptable excuse:-

-The student or his guardian shall submit the documents indicating the

reason for the excuse to manage the affairs of education and students

within 48 hours from the date of the interruption.

-The Department of Education and Students in the event of the student’s

illness to address the medical management.

-Attached to the documents submitted by the student (medical report of

the condition of the treating physician) to sign the medical examination,

the medical -administration to approve the report or medical certificate

and respond to the College this content.

-The Department of Education and Students shall be responsible for the

relevant scientific departments.

– The department drops the absence from the student and accordingly

the student performs the exam on time and keeps the assessment of the

decision and is absent an acceptable excuse.
