The Faculty of Engineering organized the inauguration of the Student Union for the academic year 2020/2021, in the office of the Dean of the Faculty, amid strict precautionary measures under the supervision of Prof. Dr Jamal Taj Abdel Jaber, Prof. Essam Obaid Mubarak, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, Prof. Dr Shazly Abdo, Consultant on Rover Activity and Public Service, Prof. Dr Abdel Rahim Youssef, General Coordinator of Student Activities, and the Youth Welfare administration of the faculty.

The Dean of the Faculty stressed the necessity to pay attention to all student activities to raise the spirit of optimism and competition among students and to prepare a generation of distinguished and creative students in all fields.

Prof. Essam Obaid Mubarak emphasized his unlimited support for the Faculty Students’ Union and providing them with every opportunity to carry out their activities which contribute to building the student’s personalities, develop their pioneering spirit and creativity, and increase their expertise in various scientific, cultural and sports fields.

The head of the Students Union,  Abdul Rahman Mahran pointed out the Federation goals to serve the student of the faculty, mentioned that the Student Union organize many different activities, and he thanks the Faculty`s Administrations for their outstanding efforts and continuous communication with the students under exceptional circumstances.
