Launch of the 7th Conference of Youth Researchers for Veterinary Medicine at South Valley University.

Prof. Dr. Youssef Garbawy, President of South Valley University, witnessed the launch of the 7th Youth Research Conference for Veterinary Medicine 2022 in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akawy, Vice-President of the University for postgraduate and Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Kamal Nasary, Vice-President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Khaled Muhammed Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary and Head of the Conference.
Prof. Dr. Youssef Garbawy underscored the importance of this University-supported conference for Youth researchers of the Faculty of Veterinary in achieving a good opportunity for them to be a good front for the University in the future. He also commended the Faculty of Veterinary’s contribution to the initiative of Hayah Karima, where 32 veterinaries convoy targeted 19 1,000 cases with treatment and immunizations for all sickness cases.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akawy pointed out that the objective of the Conference was to increase expertise among Youth researchers and practitioners of this profession, who have direct contact with society to turn the theoretical aspect into the application aspect that directly affects people’s lives.
Prof. Dr. Khaled Muhammed Sayed explained that the 7th Youth Researchers’ Conference for Veterinary discusses 34 research and involves 52 researchers from Assiut Universities, Aswan, and the Animal Health Research Center in the governorates of Asyut-Suhag-Qena and Aswan in addition to the Faculty of Science and Commerce.
At the end of the Conference, Prof. Dr. Khaled Muhammed Sayed presented the Conference Shield to Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy in recognition of his efforts in supporting the Conference and scientific research in the Faculty of Veterinary and also to Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akawy.
