About the Department:

The primary objective of teaching biochemistry in veterinary medicine is to explain and clarify the chemical structure of the elements of the body involved in the formation of cells that control vital functions such as proteins, hormones, fats, vitamins, amino acids and carbohydrates, especially the mechanism of energy production in the animal body that gives the ability to understand abnormal changes in the animal body in various diseases.
