Focusing on the strategic and executive levels, while rationalizing the decision-making and resolving conflicts among graduates of other colleges through their departments:

1-Crystallize the strategic vision of the department through a forthcoming five-year plan, which expresses the philosophy of the department and its role in assuring quality and accreditation.

2- Quality assurance and accreditation of the department, activities, tasks, resources, and human capabilities to ensure high levels of quality through different disciplines.
