1-Establishing specialized Information Center for Management Information Systems at the university that is called Project of Management Information Systems that equipped with hardware and qualified technical staff to support the operation of applications and preparing any requested reports by the university administrations.
2-Connecting the internet to the project involved administrations at every faculty
3-Providing computers, printers and scanners to enable each of the involved administrations in the project from entering and maintaining data as well as printing system, the student and staff members identity cards and also printing other reports required from the administrations daily.
4-Training employees of student affairs, staff members and graduate on using these applications in addition to training them on using computer
5-Processing student data in a standard hard copy (student card) so that data can be entered easily in applications for all current students of each faculty at the university.
6-Establishing and developing software of administrations of student, staff members and graduate affairs to make united application, whether those colleges work with a system of study years or credit hours
7-Connecting faculties with a system of electronic coordination to transfer data of new students of each college electronically.
8-Supporting the faculty administrations in implementation and following- up the daily works in all academic, finance and administrative activities including student, staff members and graduate affairs.
9-Supporting the university administrations to obtain data, aggregated and statistical information and all indicators that serve policy and decision makers
10-Increasing number of the system users and disseminating awareness among employees of the involved administrations of the project.
