Information & Communication Technology Project (ICTP) is the essential foundation of the required development strategies to develop the Higher Education and Scientific Research. One of the most important activities that the state interests in Higher Education Development is information technology and system at the university so (ICTP) develops the administrative system at universities to achieve the state objectives in developing universities to meet the development in the international universities and finding modern communication means are based on information technology, the internet and data bases of individuals, scientific subjects and educational institutions. Management Information System (MIS) is the most important project in developing information technology and system at the Egyptian universities.
Management Information System (MIS) solved the problem of work mechanization at the Egyptian universities to facilitate the work at the different administrations, develop its efficiency and provide the required data actually so it supports decision-makers to make the right decisions. Mechanization of work can’t be done in one phase so it necessary to divide the work into several phases and begin to mechanize the work in some administrations at the faculties’ level before working at another level. Management Information System (MIS) have been applied at the most third important administrations at the faculties’ level with the need for integration between these systems and the faculties administrations that have been selected.
