Insurance and Pension Fund Administration


Task List:

  • Settlement of the insurance financial rights at the after-service cases: (Retirement – Death – Resignation) for the faculty, teaching assistants and as well as the personnel in the University (Qena, Luxor, and Hurgada).
  • Paying the due monthly social insurance installments to the National Commission for Social Insurance on behalf of the different collages of the University.
  • Bookkeeping and following up the payments of the different cases of leaves for the faculty, teaching assistants as well as the personnel in the University (Qena, Luxor, and Hurgada): whether the leaves are for working outside the country, or not for working (inside or outside the country), or for the maternity leaves.
  • Adding the pre in-service working periods to be included in the actual duration of pension in the University.
  • Bookkeeping and following up the deduction and payment of the due monthly installments to the National Commission for Social Insurance.
  • Payiing the insurance financial dues for work injury cases when causing certain disablements.
  • Conducting the insurance coverage for the faculty, teaching assistants and as well as the personnel in the University (Qena, Luxor, and Hurgada), and making a regular updating at the online records of the National Commission for Social Insurance,
  • Conducting the transfer statements of the savings and reserve funds.
