Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of South Valley University, announced the issuance of a republican decision appointing Dr. Sami Abdel-Raouf Fahim Khalafallah Murad as Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at South Valley University in Qena.
