Under auspices of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president, South Valley University organizes Workshop on Nanotechnology from Laboratory to Industry at SVU in the period of September 1-3, 2014, as the university president pointed out that this workshop that organizing by electronics Laboratory and Nanometric devices at the university in cooperation with technology development and science fund which aims to reduce the gap between scientific research and its industrial applications. On the other hand, Dr. Khaled bin El-waleed, workshop coordinator and responsible for electronics laboratory and Nano-metric devices added that group of Nanotechnology scientists from Mexico , Canada , Hungary, Sweden and Korea participate in the workshop , beside Egyptian scientists of the universities and research centers , as he pointed out that the workshop will discuss many points include Nanometric devices (design and development) , nanotechnology and its applications in the medical field and nanotechnology and industry.
