Continue activities of the University’s Risk Analysis System program, organized by the faculty and university leadership development center, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, president of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal NAssary, Vice -president of Community Services and Environmental Affairs, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center, under the supervision of the UNIDO Comprehensive Green Growth Project in Egypt (IGGE) funded by the Swiss Embassy.
Dr. Ha Dendrawy, Director of the Center, noted that the 3rd day of the program included a workshop on the diagram of the steps of manufacturing food products within food establishments, which dealt with production steps and the direction of the flow of raw materials from their entry point through the various stages of production and into the final product, as well as the inherent risks associated with these materials during receipt and operation and discuss learning methods in these risks.
