The committee was formed by Prof. Majid El-Qomary, President of Kafr El-Sheikh University, Prof Dr. Ahmed Aziz, President of Sohag University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghalab, President of Aswan University. The General Hospital of Luxor was also inspected for preparing a university hospital. The committee was received by Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president, the deans of the faculties and the assistant secretary general of the university.
