TOEFL stands for Test of English as a Foreign Language. The test is designed to measure the English proficiency of non-English speaking people. Under the auspices of President of the University Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, Faculty of Al Alsun in Luxor signed an agreement with AMIDEAST to grant TOEFL certificate to be an authorized entity.
