To increase the capacity of Qena University Hospitals to receive the confusing and critical medical conditions at the Emergency Hospital, the University President Prof. Dr. Youssuf Gharbawy opened the Intensive Care Unit for Accidents and Injuries . Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel Rahman,Dean of Faculty of Medicine, indicated the unit importance as it is one of 9 intensive care units which contribute to develop the medical services provided to the people of the region in the presence of Dr. Hagagy Mansour , Executive Manager of the University Hospitals ,Dr. Ahmed Fathy Abdel Latif, Manager of the Emergency Hospital ,Mr. Ayman Mahmoud Badawy ,General Manager of the University Hospitals Affairs, and Mr. Mohammed Salah ,Financial and Administrative Manager of the Emergency Hospital.
