Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, President of South Valley University, met with the team working on the electronic application “My Entitlements.” The meeting was attended by Dr. Emad Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, Dr. Hamam Al-Shazly, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computers and Information and Executive Director of the project, Dr. Mohamed Omran, Executive Director of Information, Mr. Tarek Qadri, General Director of Human Resources, Mr. Mubarak Ahmed, General Director of Public Relations and Media, and members of the project team to discuss the second phase of the recently launched application.
The university president stated that the second phase includes bonuses for faculty members, including bonuses for exam supervision, grading, overtime, interviews, and all other types of entitlements. The goal is to facilitate and expedite the process of reviewing and disbursing bonuses, which will lead to improved productivity, faster review processes, and time savings by eliminating the need for manual data entry for entitled individuals.
