Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of South Valley University, witnessed a workshop (closing of the fiscal year and budget allocation and cash flow) which was held at the headquarters of the University of Qena in the presence of officials of the Ministry of Finance and representatives of the accounting units in Sohag, Qena, Luxor and Aswan governorates. The university president stressed the importance of keeping pace with development and modernization, pointing to the university’s interest in mechanization of services in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, which contributes to the speed of completion of the work. The workshop was attended by Mohammed Al-Zamqan , Assistant University -General Secretary , Ibrahim Al-Dikini, Director of Accounts and Budgets at the University, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, E Finance officials and a large number of representatives of the units.
