Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, President of South Valley University, received a delegation from Egypt Public Library in Qena Governorate, which included Eng. Ahmed Al-Zin Jad Al-Karim, Executive Director of the Library and Dr. Doaa Kamal Al-Barri, Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Literature, and Professor Mahmoud Hayadr El Saady, This visit comes within the framework of the cooperation between the University of South Valley and the Public Library of Egypt. During the visit, the delegation congratulated Dr. Ahmed Akkawy on appointing as President of the University.
Prof. Dr. Akkawy welcomed the delegation and affirmed his pride in this new cultural edifice in Qena Governorate, indicating the Cooperation between Egypt’s Public Library and South Valley University to promote public culture, raise intellectual and moral awareness, and develop the spirit of mental and physical creativity Moreover, a digital initiative has also discussed between the University’s Central Library and the Egypt Public Library to raise cultural awareness in Qena Governorate.
