Dr. Ahmed Akkawi, President of South Valley University, attended the Board of Directors meeting of the High Institute of Social Work in Qena. The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Qenawi, Dean of the Institute, Mr. Rifaat Fayyad, Managing Editor of Akhbar El-Yom, Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Dean of the Faculty of Social Work in Beni Suef, Dr. Abdullah Ali, Dean of the High Institute of Social Work in Aswan, Dr. Mohamed Turki, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and members of the Institute’s Board of Directors.
The council approved the results for the first, second, and third years, disciplinary committee decisions, and discussed some financial decisions, the development of the educational process, and maintenance work. They also discussed community service activities and projects.
