The President of SVU Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, said that the Higher Council of Universities approved in its session on Thursday at the University of Beni Suef under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Khalid Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the establishment of the Faculty of Computer and Information at South Valley University in Qena, Luxor in preparation for the establishment of the University of Luxor soon.
