The first Ramadan football quintets tournament at SVU


 Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of South Valley University, inaugurated the first Ramadan football quintets tournament which organized by the Faculty of Physical Education at the Olympic Village Stadium during the period from 6 to 8 June, in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Khadary, Vice President for Higher Studies and Research, and Dr. Mohammad Abu Al Fadl Badran, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.
The university president confirmed that the aim of this is to confirm that sport can support cooperation between the university youth and encourage them to practice sport. The university president praised the role of the Faculty of Physical Education in organizing it which contributed to the participation of many colleges in addition to Participation of the Higher Institute of Social Work.
Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassari, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, said that 20 teams participated , were divided into groups representing faculty members, employees, students, university hospital and the Higher Institute for Social Work, adding that referees who run the matches are from the Qena football area.
