The First Ph.D Thesis in Upper Egypt on: Applications of Nanotechnology in the Restoration at SVU


For the first time in Upper Egypt the researcher /Ahmed Salam, Restoration Specialist at Faculty of Archeology obtained the doctoral degree in Restoration with grade excellent as well as printing the thesis at the expense of Cairo University, where it was discussed the using of Nanometers in Restoration, as the researcher thanked Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour , the university president for his support to him and his attention to researchers and modern applications of science , he also thanked the supervision committee and discussion, as well as he praised Dr. Mahmoud Sayed to his scientific support in study of characteristics of Nanometers materials and its applications in the field of study, while the supervision commission consisted of Prof. Dr. Mona Fouad , professor of restoration at Faculty of Archaeology, Cairo University, Dr. Mohammed Abd Al-Waris, Professor of Laser Physics ,Institute of the National Laser Science, Cairo University, and Dr. Mahmoud Sayed Abd Al-Sadek , physics Lecturer of Nanometers materials , Physics Department, South Valley University, as the discussion commission included Prof. Dr. Mona Fouad , professor of restoration at Faculty of Archaeology, Cairo University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abd Al-Harith, professor of physics, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Sayed Shuaib, professor of restoration , Faculty of Archaeology, Cairo University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shehata ,Professor of Applied Arts ,Faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University .
