Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University, and Dr. Ali Abdel-Rahman Ghwail, Dean of Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, the first meeting of Human Resources Committee was held in South Valley University Hospitals.
Dr. Mohamed Youssef Ahmed, Executive Director of Qena University Hospitals, stated that the formation of Human Resources Committee in University Hospitals comes within the framework of a comprehensive plan aimed at promoting Qena University Hospitals in all fields, including the field of human resources management.
The meeting discussed many issues of interest to workers in the university hospital sector, including promotions, bonuses, performance evaluation reports, programs and training courses in order to develop work methods and raise performance rates.
