In the presence of H.E. French President Emmanuel Macron and senior leaders in higher education from Egypt and France, a delegation from South Valley University, headed by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Okkaoui, University President, participated in the Egyptian-French Universities Forum held at Cairo University. The event was organized under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Egypt’s Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and H.E. Philippe Baptiste, French Minister of Higher Education, with the participation of representatives from 66 Egyptian public, private, and national universities.
The university’s delegation included Prof. Dr. Mohamed Said, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Wael Abdel Azim, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; and Dr. Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed, Director of International Cooperation at the university.
Prof. Dr. Okkaoui also led the delegation of South Valley National University, which included Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ismail, Academic Vice President, and Dr. Amal Mohamed Abady, Director of International Cooperation at the national university.
