Prof. Dr. Youssuf Gharabawy, President of the University, attended the closing ceremony of Egypt Government Excellence Award in its third session, where South Valley University won the third place in the competition of administrative communication system (MISK). The award was received by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, Vice President for Post Graduate Affairs Sector and Head of MISK System Team which consisted of Eng. Ahmed Abdel Naeem Abdel Aleem, Eng. Gamal Malak, Mr. Badawy Mohammed and Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Sayed. Prof. Gharabawy added in his speech that South Valley University was among 5 Egyptian universities that launched its internal award for institutional excellence to escalate the best elements to represent the university at the national level. Moreover, Prof. Akkawy stressed the university keenness on efficiently managing its internal award in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and the Supreme Council of Universities, thanking Prof. Gharabawy for his support for the government excellence award at the university in its all levels.
