Continue activities of the Advanced Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points Program at SVU.


The Advanced Program of Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points at South Valley University, organized by the faculty and university leadership development center, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, president of the University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center, under the supervision of the UNIDO Comprehensive Green Growth Project in Egypt (IGGE) funded by the Swiss Embassy.

Dr. Hadia Dendrawy, Director of the Faculty and University Leadership Development Center, noted that the second day of the program covered training in the diagrams of the manufacturing steps of many food products within the enterprises and factories, where the training focused on the knowledge and good understanding of these diagrams and the identification of the inherent risks associated with the flow of raw materials from their point of entry into production and during the production stages till the final product.
