The 7th International Conference of Young Researchers on Agricultural Sciences at South Valley University.


As part of the endeavor of South Valley University to achieve the future vision of scientific research and sustainable development, the 7th International Conference of Young Researchers in Agricultural Sciences has been organized at the Faculty of Agriculture under the title “The Impact of Climate Change on Agricultural Production” under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of SVU, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, former President, and Prof. Dr. Ahmad Akawy, Vice-President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

Prof. Dr. Essam El-Din Abdel Hady, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture & Chairman of the Conference, stressed that the conference aims to exchange scientific ideas and discuss them in a sound scientific manner, exchange experiences and benefit from everything new in the field of scientific research, as well as presenting distinguished scientific research to faculty members and the assisting body to increase the skills of researchers and encourage creativity and innovation.

The conference has attended by 150 researchers, 3 of those are international lecturers from Britain, China, and Syria, 47 lecturers from Egyptian universities and research centers, and 13 researchers, as well as deans, vice-deans, heads of departments in the faculties of the university, and a crowd of researchers in the field of agricultural sciences.
