Within the framework of the presidential initiative Haya Karima, SVU organized a medical campaign in Madinat Al Omal, Qena. The campaign examined and treated 575 patients for free in the following specializations: Ophthalmology (120 cases), Orthopedics (130 cases), Ear, Nose & Throat (60 cases), Gynecology and Obstetrics (20 cases), Psychiatry (5 cases), Pediatrics (50 cases), Dermatology (150 cases), and Internal Medicine (40 cases). Moreover, drug awareness campaign was launched as stated by Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nassary.
