Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, President of South Valley University, announced announced the preparation of an initiative for SVU center of special needs to confront the bullying at school among special needsstudents during the academic year 2018/2019. The initiative aims at raising awareness about the problem of bullying behavior and the procedures followed. The Center aims to prepare an integrated training program to deal with this problem and to implement its components periodically in the schools of students with special needs.
