Dr. Ahmed Akkawy, President of South Valley University, welcomed a delegation from the Supreme Council of Universities to review the material and human resources of the Engineering Program at Private South Valley University. The visit was attended by Dr. Mohamed Ismail, Academic Vice President of the Private University, Dr. Farag Khodary, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Head of the Information Center at the Private University, Dr. Abdel Rahim Youssef, Coordinator of the Engineering Program at the Private University, and Dr. Adel Mohamed Ahmed, Director of the Quality Assurance Center at the Private University.
The Supreme Council of Universities delegation included Dr. El Desouki Ibrahim Saleh, former Vice President of Suez University and Professor at the Faculty of Technology and Education, Suez University; Dr. Al-Mu’taz Youssef Abdel Aziz, Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University; and Dr. Kamal Mohamed Hafiz, Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Suez Canal University.
The President of South Valley University welcomed the delegation and highlighted the role of South Valley University in providing high-quality higher education opportunities. He emphasized the university’s commitment to supporting the Private University from its inception by providing various learning resources, an academic advising unit, a quality assurance center, and measurement and evaluation units in line with the latest practices.
