Prof. Ahmed Akawy, President of South Valley University, chaired a meeting of the University’s Coordinating Committee for Investment Planning. The meeting was attended by Prof. Mohamed Ismail, Academic Vice President of the National University; Prof. Essam Obeid, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Ms. Torob Talba, University Secretary-General; Mr. Abdel-Razek Hussein, Assistant Secretary-General; Prof. Farag Khodary, Faculty of Engineering; Prof. Alaa Taj El-Din, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Commerce for Postgraduate Studies; Mr. Mahmoud Beshir, Director General of Procurement; Mr. Mohamed Kamel, Director General of Engineering Affairs; Mr. Omar Abdel-Rahim, Director General of Administrative Affairs; and Mr. Mahmoud Khalifa, Director General of Accounts and Budget.
The meeting discussed a number of proposed projects and investment offers, reflecting the university’s commitment to fostering an investment-friendly environment and maximizing returns from its available resources. These efforts are aligned with the institution’s developmental vision and contribute to achieving financial sustainability.
