South Valley University wins the first rank in the activities of Equal Opportunities Project in Higher Education


Prof. Dr. Jehan Rajab, the project coordinator of Equal Opportunities in Higher Education in collaboration with Free University of Berlin declared that the project’s activities won the first rank on the Egyptian universities during the workshop was held at Sohag University for two days February 15-16 ,2014 in order to follow up the project in the presence of Dr. Barbara Sandhu, the project coordinator at Free University of Berlin and Sylvia Arlt, Deputy of the project coordinator and Sabine Jnier, coordinator of the medical sector at Free University of Berlin , adding that South Valley University is in the lead because of implementing the effective activities such as the Girl Day which is the first event at the level of the Egyptian universities , as well as a book for the project was put on website of Free University of Berlin .
After that it was created a website for the project under the auspices of the university president, which was prepared and designed by Dr. Wael Samah , Portal Director and Eng. Ali Fekry , Director of the Information Center and she thanked Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour ,the University President and Prof. Dr. Sayed Taha, Vice President for Community Service at the level of universities.
While Dr. Barbara Sandhu , the project coordinator at Free University of Berlin expressed her happiness with the efforts of Prof. Dr. Abbas Mansour, the university president in providing all the possibilities for the project programs, and added that South Valley University is the first at the level of the Egyptian universities in excellence in project activities and implementing all required activities as she demanded of Prof. Dr. Jehan Rajab to provide assistance for other universities in the project activities
