South Valley University presents research projects and scientific inventions at Activities and Events of Egyptian Universities for Climate Changes Conference.


South Valley University’s delegate participated in the activities and events of Egyptian Universities to face climate changes and presented the role of the university in confronting climate changes, in the presence of  Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Youssef Gharbawy, President of the University, where the university has submitted hydroponics projects to produce animal feed, plants &vegetables in a safe economic manner, and reduce flood risk projects and benefit from it in cooperation with British universities.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamal Nasary, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, pointed out that the university has provided innovative models for desalination of salt water and benefits from it in drinking and agriculture, as presented by Dr. Mahmoud Sayed Abdul Sadiq, Vice dean of the Faculty of Science for Graduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Warth, Vice dean of Faculty the of Agriculture for Graduate Studies and Research, the university’s products green gold in packages made from natural agricultural residues alternative to plastic.
